Privacy

The site counts its visits so that it can be made better: which pages are read, what people search for, where the pages break. It never asks for a name or an email, sells nothing, and shows no advertising.

What every visit records

The page you open, the link that brought you, your country, browser, device and screen size, the buttons and links you press, how fast the page loaded, and any error it hit. What you type in the search box is recorded too, because the searches that find nothing tell us which fighters are missing. None of this uses a cookie or stores anything on your device.

What a recording adds, only if you say yes

The first page you open asks whether your visits may be recorded. If you answer yes, the pages you then open are recorded as you saw them, charts included, so that we can watch where a page confuses people. Anything typed in a field is hidden in the recording. Your answer is kept on your device, and with a yes, an anonymous identifier, so that your visits can be followed from page to page. If you answer no, or never answer, nothing is recorded beyond the list above.

Where it goes

To PostHog, in its European Union cloud, and nowhere else. The hosting service, Cloudflare, also counts page views without cookies. Neither is given anything that names you.

Switching it off

clears your answer on this device. A browser that blocks trackers or sends Do Not Track keeps all of this off. Questions go to the address on the About page.
